Companies do not work bottom up. Without direction from your management all the teamwork in the world doesn't accomplish anything. When was the last time you saw any team function without a coach. Our "leadership" is lost and can't seem to find the way to give direction. We have many levels of management up through a CEO who fancies himself a content guy but no direction.
New way to pay out even less somehow in bonus going forward . Actually, you may very well be writing them a check next March. Thank you for your patronage.
