Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Stop the madness! Expecting TMs to be more ethical than execs?

Is anyone else sick of all the craziness at Wells Fargone?

I know change is constant, but this is ridiculous. Good G-d, haven't we had enough?

p.s. To execs, STOP saying we're all risk managers. Clearly, YOU didn't manage risk well (committed fraud), but now have the audacity to overcompensate for YOUR blunders by telling US to be more ethical than YOU are? You have some nerve!!!

AMEN. I love that Sloan said that even he had to take the annual online ethics training. LOLOL. Sure, take the training (or have your admin do it), then continue to rip off customers, feign ignorance, and retaliate against those who try to call it to your attention. But, we ALL are risk managers. What a joke!

The toxic nature has infected other non-crime related departments at the bank.

Management has wasted time rearranging the deck chairs for years, it's been a long running joke, trying to look like they're doing something, but after the account opening scandal got real they started trying to actually do things, and they've broken half the bank because they do not actually know what most of us do.

Lots of people will be leaving this year.

It's really too bad, this used to be a great place to work.

Amen. I dread going to work every day. Culture is so toxic. Hasn't got better. It's gotten much worse. Everyone fighting and blaming each other.

Wells must be broken up. It's being run by clueless, selfish incompetents.
