Do you feel for operations our salaries are inflated? Someone made a comment on this board to that effect.

It’s a joke that part time tellers with no experience make close to the same as a lot of operational roles that require years of experience.
If anything I feel like a lot of operations positions are underpaid. Especially when you consider that starting pay is now $15 per hour. When all the entry level people got pay raises those of us that have been here a while didn't get those same increases. After they raised the minimum pay to $15/hr tellers were making nearly as much as people in operations that process multi-million dollar real estate loans. That hardly seems equitable!!!
I don’t know about inflated, but there are definitely some LOB’s me and my colegues have interacted with on a weekly basis where we’ve scratched our heads every once in a while. An example coming to mind would be the whole BBG down in Charlotte.
