.Really the union should be collecting all these proxies and turn in at once .This is the type of stuff they should be doing instead of the the dumb c-ap.

The Annual Meeting ballots are for shareholders. You probably own shares in your 401k match.

Individual share owners have no say. Big finance companies own most of the stock, and Randall has over a million shares himself, so a few hundred thousand vote will do nothing.
