Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Should I stay or should I go

This company will never be the same. Accept it. According to your age and skill set, you either have options or you don't. For many people, it shouldn't take a real long time to figure that out. I have many, many complaints, but I spend my time doing my level best because I'm staying. I do my complaining on my own time. What I see is people spending company time standing around complaining. This will give the impression that help hasn't been cut enough, and it pisses me off even more. I'd like to see people either move forward with the company or move out. All this c-ap has been a long time coming, all the wishy washy c-ap needs to stop. I am miserable too, but self-defeating behavior is just that. Comments.

Just because you handle things your way does not mean others should be just like you.

We all support each other and vent to each other. I know my other associates are working the behinds off. If they want to complain then let them complain. Believe it or not it does help us stick together better knowing we're all miserable and if someone else is thinking the same as me then I'm not crazy and I'm not being singled out.
