I believe upper deckers are when you go number two in the upper tank of the toilet instead of in the bowl.
Sometimes a thread is posted that Layoff.com should delete----this is a good example

I prefer the chili dog. A nice steaming fresh one square in the chest right between a beautiful pair of cans.
