I am mad because I did the job of two only to get the finger. Jokes on them new company paid gave me a 30K raise in a high demand field.
The best thing about AT&T was that I worked with some great individuals. Literally not one day was I unhappy with my co workers.
If AT&T is c-appy, did you put AT&T on your resume to get the job with the new company? You say you did the job of two, but you can only do the job of one person by definition. Unless you mean to say you did twice what your peers did. If so, why were you so happy with your co workers?
@kde - you are not very bright. if someone is unhappy and just doesn't want to s--- the life of a company and stay till you get a big six month severance they get my respect more than anybody just staying around s---ing the life and money out of a company just to wait to ask to leave with a severance.
don't worry the company will catch to losers like you and reduce the severance even more.
AT&T will do fine without you. Nobody is irreplaceable.

Assuming you were not bargained for. If so, you are eligible for bonus if you worked last year. If you left voluntarily, you of course are not eligible for any severance. Had you been involuntarily terminated, even with only 0-1 years NCS you would have got 4% and it gores up from there with more NCS. Anyway, you don't seem all that bright. You get bonus if you were on payroll on new years eve. You should have used your lucrative skills to read the HR policy.
