Don’t see anything on this board about actual layoffs taking place in the last day or two and at my organisation nothing is happening for some time now. Is it possible that we missed the layoffs or are we just waiting in line until our turn comes?

ATO got hit in February, hit hard.
OP...your turn will come. They seem to move through different groups. Next up will be ATO. Probably next week notice sent
Have you not been reading about craft layoffs in other threads or you just too lazy to check for yourself?
