Help! I want to get surplussed

What can one do to get surplussed? Things have been going downstream and depressing in our team ever since the mvo was offered. The only folks on the team who want to stick aroind are the old ladies who want to come to office everyday to chat with other old ladies about topics other than work.

I would just leave now. You don't need any of their surplus blood money believe me you will like yourself a lot better and will be able to look yourself in the mirror.

This sickness that att employees have that say oh I am just sticking around till they kick me out is disgusting. Get some integrity and hold your head high and leave on your own.

T s---s and has no integrity. Don't bring yourself down to their level.

“if you make it clear to your boss you're interested in a package you're likely to get picked next time ”

That’s horrible management. Please quit your job if you’re a manager. The most efficient thing to do would be to pink slip someone and just wait for the OP to leave voluntarily. Two birds with one stone.

We were told this offer isn't asking for volunteers, but if you make it clear to your boss you're interested in a package you're likely to get picked next time around (if you don't get cut this time). Better than leaving voluntarily and not getting termination pay.
