Att ncaa commercials are great. They're just ok is not ok catch phrase is very clever and funny. Vz has never ever had good commercials...Vz execs make a lot of money and the roi is not evident.. Unless you count slashing jobs and sending them overseas.

Problem is leaders in their segment dont have a incentive to disrupt. TMo did the whole un-carrier thing since they were lagging so much behind and it worked. Of course they revamped their CS to be very responsive
Part of their aggressiveness comes from their colorful CEO (love him or hate him he gets attention)
Diego should learn marketing from T-Mo, not ATT.
ATT does not know their head from their @ss.
