Security Badge changes was an enterprise initiative, not property management People not to stop posting things that are untrue. There is an actual schedule for all large sites of new badge readers going to the 5D badges. All of these posts on this thread is so far from the truth. Causing more panic than necessary.

"I doubt they’ll be shutting down entirely if they just invested in all the new badge technology and are actively upgrading computers, phones, etc."

That is not actually Wells Fargo doing the upgrades, it is the building owner. Perhaps they are upgrading for a new perspective tenant??

I’ve seen it slated for closure in several presentations. Not sure if April is the announcement date or date they want to have it closed. There are three markets where the bank is moving to aggressively close facilities... Maryland, NY and San Fran—all expensive markets from salaries to rent

Not a chance in the world the site closes in April. With the amount of business lines they have reporting in there, they need more time than that. If anything they may make an announcement in April but not a chance the place just closes down like that.

It will be closed in April after the group is terminated. Use this time to find another job

Apparently a large group on the 2nd floor will be hit hard in April.

This is speculation but I won’t be surprised if we downsize further within the current building. If we were condensed into one building they would be able to lease out other areas.
