Oh lord it’s because they are floundering. 1st of all the head doesn’t know what the foots doing and vice versa. Huge management, middle management, and upper level management blunders creating a hell hole work environment until anyone that is in a position to leave just leaves when they can. 1 person can the work of 2 but compounded yearly 1 person can’t do the work of 5-8 positions suddenly willed away.
