They announced an offer going out to Cleveland uverse and core managers 1st and 2nd level. Six month severance pay for volunteers. Total of 12 positions to be eliminated. My question is if even two or three are 2nd level that leaves nine or ten 1st level. That would translate to nine or ten crews of 10 to 15 techs.... that’s 100 plus tech that would be combined with existing crews and/or given surplus notice.. right?

10-15? seems like more than that
I would agree with your thinking... eventually 2nd lvs will have a mix of I&R and prem tech 1st lvl mgrs before the end of the yr
