Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Business call centers very slow!

Are all business call centers slow? We haven’t been getting a lot of calls for over a month now.

If you guys start calling each other when you have nothing to do your phone traffic will pick up. You can talk about your severance packages

Of course they are slow - they just opened several centers in Mexico and El Salvador. Internal centers are on the chopping block. Thank your TMs for going down there the last two months to ramp up your replacements.

Outsourcing to third party resellers - Sales getting what they deserve for their incompetence

We no longer have expertise in many roles, layoffs and poor management will finish off most of the orgs. Goal is to be a brand that just cashes checks, we can outsource any expertise needed. We need people that say Yes and do not question.

We need people that will cheer Randy and the Johns for their vision.

We dont need people who think outside the box, try to be innovative, lead, or show a better way,

Now get back to work - Randall

This is not a good thing. Most likely the center will be closed and people laid off.
