Shankar's incompetence, lack of attention to detail, lack of leadership, and lack of communications, cost me my good VZ IT job, rebadged to InfoSys, sold to the lowest bidder.

Shaygan was more crooked than Shankar. The thing about Shankar is that he is both crooked and incompetent. His organization has been going down for the past five years and everyone knows this. Do you think Hans keeps Shankar around because he is incompetent or because he is corrupt?

This is what happens when You bring in dirty feet Indians into the mix. Look at their country. Only the rich get by. Just like shank and his Bombay mafia. Unload them all. If compliance does some serious digging. You know, shank and crew were paid off by infosys. Shank couldn’t run the Quickie Mart.
He is a good house slave. When leadership asked what teams would help the corporation by willingly selling their employees to Infosys to protect the leadership bonuses and stock options, not many VPS from leadership team came forward to sell their people to infosys. They saw it as " no team no leadership and no leadership no Job kind of a deal".
While Shank and others were more than happy to please their masters by selling more than needed from their team. While other VPs focused on saving their teams from selling them to Infy, Shank and his team went finding folks to sell with huge effort. He is a loyal person to his boss and his bonuses.
Shankar is good. Management team under him are very very bad. They don’t have proper communication skills or visionary skill to drive business.
