Backstabbing? YES❗️I see management acting really weird and quietly undermining each other. The whispering and closed door conversations. Brown nosing. Boot lickers. And s--- ups. They are so afraid that they will be next, that they will step all over other managers to make themselves look good. Even though they take two hour lunches, talk on their phones, and push their work off on others. Unreal...

Just more verbal now because of the downsizing. Past few years the various departments have been trying to poach work from each other. Been on more than one call where one department is working on a project where they can completely take over a function that they have to interact with currently. Interesting verbal fist fights.
So what you're saying is that all your co-workers, along with the company as a whole, are treacherous and don't live up to your high standards of an actual human being. You must be a real fun person to hang out with for drinks after work. Laughs galore when you show up. Wow!
