"Southwest region was notified today also. told a 8% reduction, volunteer emails sent out today with a June timeframe. Have 7 days to volunteer for surplus. I'm a 1B field manager in eastern KS region. Here we go again,... Great news to end the week!!! =("

This is true, they let us lowly craft folks know of this today 5/6/19. Merger of IEFS and TFS crews and reduction of managers. Good luck to all possibly affected.

Maybe this will slow the flow of Micro-Managing that puts unneeded drag on delievery superior service to our customers.

Northeast is not targeted as metrics were met, although revenues continue to decline due to accounting being more in line as required. NY/ MA/ CT ABFS managers are all needed to support and track northeast technicians for 2020 evolution.

Hope you are right for my personal sake. I am in the inside portion and we are already barebones for our span and headcount is about 14/15 so I am hoping maybe avoid this cut.

This is a nationwide surplus of field managers, area managers, and directors.
