The Ruffin Area Manager, Zits is as dishonest and spineless as they come. Explain to me why should I bust my behind for someone that doesn’t have the you know what to face his techs and tell them about the surplus? To hide in his office and direct his level one managers tell his techs that it’s over is sad, spineless and cowardly. I’m going to request to move to another garage. I can’t work for a coward like Ken. Get me a manager that cares, a manager that has the you know what to face his techs in the good times and the bad times. Move me to East Santee or up North. If you are a tech in the Ruffin garage do not work for this so called men Ken.
