What is KAH?
HAH is going away, because of the start of KAH. But it’s not “going away”, the program is changing to meet the needs of the members and cms and Medicare reimbursement
look for it in Dec. Hiring temporary nurses for 110 days; look where that ends. Hire date to be almost exactly end of Dec at 110 days. 2020 HAH is going bye bye.
Humana Advantage Program, doctors and NPs are getting axed.
another mass hiring of Humana at Home. Recent layoffs and now this. My friend gets a call for an interview 7 weeks after layoff. hmmmm.....
Humana Home Advantage is being shut down. Nurse Practitioners and Doctors got the pink slip.
Humana bought Kindred. Now have bought Conviva who does authorizations. There is a policy in place that you cannot work for Conviva for 3 years if you work for Humana. This is how they eliminate costs. Buy companies that take over the segment and reduce staff within.

Layoffs - Yes. People were notified yesterday within the GBO segment. Do not know specifics on which area(s) yet.
We’ve heard “company doing good “ before yet months later massive layoffs...
Not sure about lay offs but I know when peoplehave left our department they weren't replaced.

We are hiring starting this month
Don’t start rumors , no thoughts of layoffs , company doing good.
Have not heard anything.
