Yet another thing AT&T seems bent on destroying and its ripe for the picking. Not to mention they no longer can afford it.

But we have game of thrones now, randy even bragged about that in his report to the share holders
Good riddance. Nothing but low brow entertainment for dumb brutes.
Well, we will be half-way through 2019 soon and next comes 2020. If At which on it's own merit tells you something is seriously wrong with the company. A 6.61% dividend tells you all you need to know. That kind of yield implies a lot of risk. A lot of people out there don't understand that. They love the yield and are holding no matter what.
The decline starts slowly at first and then speeds up quickly not long after that. Those same investors will then say, "Well, I can't afford to sell now" and some will hold it all the way down.
Until You see the Price go up and the Yield go down, be careful with this stock. Don't risk your retirement savings or 401-K on being over-weight this stock.
Enough said.
yeah no getting sunday ticket anymore will be bad.
ATT VS Disney (ESPN) ......ultimate battle
@nwf...they will probably buy the rights to myspace.com too!
T’s new strategy is to save $ but act like they
are interested in spending billions for Sunday ticket in 2020. Then they might get Amazon to overpay for it. The $ saved will
go to their GameStop and Barnes and Noble acquisitions in Q4 ‘20. RS seems to think that there is some cross sell potential synergies that are too good to pass up.
Sunday Ticket is the only product differentiating DTV from its competitors. Losing Sunday Ticket would be the death of DTV.
At AT&T Management purposely stay in their jobs in 3 years cycles, most will be in different positions, and with all the failed projects many will lose their jobs except them. the AT&T way, LOL
As a tech I hear at least once a week “I’d cancel dtv if it wasn’t for the Sunday ticket”
