To the person saying 80% of summers org isn’t busy seems like you are spending 100% of your time not doing anything but trying to monitor others. With his org represented from coast to coast perhaps you are trying to suggest you are monitoring using idesktop.

80% of the summers people are sitting around doing nothing right now. i know a lot of them. and, they aren't good employees either
re: Summers post - of course you got advised of a org change, you have a vacant VP position they are not filling so they will redistribute the AVPs under existing VPs. This has nothing to do with surplus.
We received an email from our AVP (Tech Dev under Summers) about a re-org. We are supposed to get details this week.
