So I guess all the supposed “gaming” finally caught up to Florida. Heard the regional manager for Florida stepped down before getting canned due to all the gaming in the field. Anybody know if there’s any truth to this?

It's true. The Director of IEFS in South Florida was terminated.
@YLzPdSK-2lnr if you don’t like the post go back to sniffing your bosses a$$ you troll.
More fools making comments proving they’re disgruntled fools. There’s no proof to any of their wild claims.
Hey YLzPdSK-1ahj, maybe he’s your daddy.
YLzPdSK-1ahj Lol I’m sorry your boss was fired, I’m sure you miss kissing his nuts
Never heard of anybody cooking the books at this place before. Wow! Shocking!
And another thing. Last week I saw a tech pull a manhole cover and dropped in with a battery operated drill. How long before the metrics and pressure takes more lives?
THE TECH WITH THE LOWEST NUMBERS IS PROBABLY DOING HIS/HER JOB. ! ! ! But they have a target on their back.
Cooking the book and eventually it will catch up to you. The scumbags falsifying numbers took good people out but kept bad behaving people around. AT&T metrics are not accurate in any way shape or form. Only a flawed system taking too long 5o get rid of scumbags like in South Florida
@YLzPdSK-1gje You have no idea why that regional manager is gone. Nobody here does. You’re only drawing conclusions you j@ck@ss.
@YLzPdSK-gsy it’s not a conspiracy you kiss a--. The south Florida region has been investigated for falsifying work orders, dwa’s, helper tickets etc. the whole chain of command has eyes on em including techs.
Whatever the metrics some will find a way to cheat. This happened many years ago. In fact the Director got promoted. Of course he ended up getting fired later after they did a audit. Everyone is not cheating but if your numbers stick out it will be looked at. Remember a guy getting into trouble because his fiber splicing numbers were ridiculous. Seems that he started making his guys charge off the ribbon splicing according to the time they were taking because they were allocating way too much time. Ended up getting a bonus instead of getting fired.
bhq... you say you know what you’re talking about but you really don’t... I’ve been around longer than your 22yrs... ... and I KNOW you’re generalizing and you’re saying what you think goes on.... .... but you and I know you’re just spouting off... admit it... ... you know I’m right....
@fta I didn’t figure out c—p, just worried about my last 6 years before moving to the beach. you are either a second level or above or work in a different department in a fancy office and being ignorant, after 22 years I am sure I know what I am talking about.
Bad metrics drive bad behavior. Lot of that going on in sales roles.
He was fired for scamming the whole Youachieve/youearn/P2R system and created a bunch of bogus referrals for himself. Good riddance to that fat b--tard.
Assistant to the regional manager
DZS... you got it all figured out don’t you? Freakin know it all that don’t know p--poo. Making up statements like there is some kind of conspiracy. Your line of thinking is pathetic. You should be a fiction writer.
So OP has no idea why that manager is no longer with the company but instead makes up some BS reason. Typical stupid c-ap on this forum from disgruntled losers clinging to every little “win”.
Sad part is all régions and most managers cheat to please their area managers in a way or another, everyone knows, but you can’t talk about it.
The metrics system is built in a way that if someone cheat he sticks like a soar thumb, but unfortunately higher ups don’t say anything because cheater make their bonuses and make up the numbers of the low performers. And every now and then they send someone to the shopping block to show that they are doing something and next day someone will find another bug in the rules to do it all over again.
But the part I love the most, is that at the end of the day the cheaters look like heroes, make good bonuses and safer when lay-offs comes around.
U-verse regional. Yes he's no longer with the company. Weather he was fired or canned I don't know. I do not know why he's gone.
Regional manager of what?
