Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

T innovation goes like this= Let's call 4G=5G or let's call the old c-appy network FIRSTNET

Two months ago I switched from Verizon, to AT&T where I was a member for about 20 years. r put out information regarding first responders and the better service of reliability, and connecting while utilizing Firstnet. As you can imagine I switched and have regretted switching to Firstnet by the second week of having it. After putting all this money down to switch nothing that was told me was true. The cost is outrageous, the service is the worst (dropping calls, no connections etcSmiley Wink, and when I called to make a complaint, the person on the other end of the phone told me that they do not take complaints via the phone or in the office, it must be done in writing and sent to a PO BOX, because they are getting so many of them.

If you are a first responder, I suggest that you stay with your carrier, you know the old story, if it sound to good to be true then it is.. This is a model scenario for that saying.

Oh yea, I forgot they advertise buy one phone get one, I asked why I was getting billed for a phone and the response was, the phone is free only after you make 3 payments.. SHHHHHHHH

FirstNet as a network is great where band 14 is already build out. Once it is nationwide it will be awesome. As for the free phone, firstnet will give you a lump sum 3 month credit after 3 bill cycles and then you will receive a monthly credit so your device is free. If you don’t like the service go back to verizon and stop complaining

Agreed. Firstnet isn't just gonna provide better coverage on it's own...I figured by now I would have worked some orders to provide circuits to new Att cell sites but I have not seem any.

This is all BS. The phone is free after 3 payments? Assuming you are about 12 years old?
