The Halliburton massive lay off cycle seems to come around every 2 - 3 years now and no one is safe. These pst three months I’ve heard about 3 month admin employees to 25+ year VPs getting escorted out the building. I myself was laid off after 18 years during the 2016 downturn. My advice to all those who remain
Be nice to people, suppliers, vendors, customers, employees. You never know when you might be the one asking them for a job.
There is a level of arrogance with Halliburton supervisors and managers. You’re not safe so be nice to people.
