Warner media looks to have been doing fine before AT&T bought it, and AT&T seems to be a broken company in so many ways. Is it possible that AT&T adopts the Warner Media culture and the way to conduct business, instead of taking a perfectly good company and ruining it? Don’t get me wrong, I know that scenario is probably neve gonna happen, but has it even crossed anyone’s mind in the leadership?

Don’t be an id10t.
There are DECADES of DC comic stories to make good movies or mini-series from. If only the Warner id10ts would get it right and hire show runners, writers, and directors who know the material like Disney did with the MCU who hasn’t even scratched the surface of the material available to them.
I wonder what the plan will be when they finally run out of teenage comic book stories?
I refer you to the DTV chapter of your company history book
Warner was sold at a premium to its stock price. That's why they were sold. That said, Warner and T is a vertical merger, meaning that T doesn't have existing operations that overlap with Warner, other than HR, payroll. etc.
The stated objective is that Warner should expand in size and compete with Netflix. If the current management of Warner can pull that off, I think T will be happy.
The AT&T way is here to stay till the shop sinks
Warner did not buy T, T bought Warner. If Warner was solid, why were they sold. Why would we give control to a company that allowed itself to be sold like an ice cream cone.
No. Look what happened to the Cingular culture when SBC purchased Bell South.
