Sounds like the Digital group had some mechanization put in, that might or might not work, that is not being used. However cost savings have been turned in. Seen it many times. The techs refuse to use the systems because they are trying to save jobs or it doesn’t work properly initially and there isn’t enough usage to find and attempt to get the bugs worked out. However these days the cuts to the centers will be made. Being on hold for a hour trying to get in to the few people left won’t be a valid long term excuse to meeting productivity numbers.

Orgs. rarely go back to back on major cuts, but this is 2019 so I wouldnt be surprised.

September seems more likely for JVB group, based on past history.

Digital has a mandate to cut call volumes to the centers by 1/2 in the next 12 months. Now, personally I think that’s not possible in the slightest; however, I’m sure that cost savings is going to be at the expense of a lot of salaries.

Look it’s the “teleloafer” guy again; so dang witty. He’s gonna keep trotting that out there until it gets a laugh.
