Seems to be a lot more supervisor related ratings in the mix than I remember from previous years.

Yes, Managers get all the responses. The Managers also get responses broken out by demographics as to who responded positively or negatively to a given question (3rd level and above not avail for 2nd level Mgrs), Those with 30 or more yrs of service answered negatively or positively to X question....Those with less than 10 yrs of service answered positively or negatively to X question..., Pretty simple to figure out who is saying what if a Manager goes through the package they receive with their organizations responses etc.
@1wmp- "Some people don't take criticism well".
Valid point. My beef happens to be with company leadership, and not my immediate supervisor...he's actually a good guy doing the best that he can in the current environment. I could see where things could get messy if someone took the opportunity to trash their supervisor (if you've looked at the survey, you know there is ample opportunity to do so).
@dik -- …"it’s very easy to figure out who submitted the feedback".
Perhaps. Even so, is this is a reason to not use the opportunity to provide feedback on the current state of the company, morale, etc.? I just can't pass up the opportunity to answer the "would you recommend AT&T as a great place to work to your friends and family" question. Just can't do it. People can talk about how ineffective and meaningless these things are, and there is some truth to that...but make no mistake, they do get read.
@YBhEryM-rhe That's the thing. Someone else's "honest and professional" comment might be something you consider insulting or unfair. Some people don't take criticism well.
States on the survey that demographic info is provided. If you are the only person on the team in your location, or one of a few, it’s very easy to figure out who submitted the feedback.
@zps - People are paranoid on here. Mostly because you need to input your UID after clicking on the link, so I get that. All i can say is that I was an AM when these first started. I never saw a UID associated with a specific survey or comment. When the comments and survey results came down for later discussion, having a relatively small team of about 5, I could make a very educated guess as to who might have made a particular comment based on my knowledge of my team. But that's as far as that went. If you keep your comments honest and professional you'll be fine. I just did mine and while I didn't throw my supervisor under the bus... I went off on the current work climate, corporate culture, the damage the constant layoffs are doing to the morale of employees, etc. In a professional manner, of course.
zps-you get the individual comments from your team if you have more than a certain number of employees. I don't remember the exact number but it's not very high. If you don't, they roll up to your boss (who also would not be able to see the breakdown to just your team).
Other than that, you get aggregate numbers only. At least that's how it has been the last few years.
take your chances I was not kind with mine so I guess if what you fear is true I am on my way out. I want to keep my job but I will not be a hypocrite and not say what I feel.
Are these really anonymous?
I've heard in the past they're basically sent to your immediate manager so he can sort out who he thinks is who based on what is written.
