I don’t hear many impressions coming from the company leadership regarding their satisfaction with the Infosys deal? Obviously, they knew from the start it’s a cheaper option, we all know that, but are they satisfied with the quality of work and the agility of the processes after the deal. Anyone heard anything?

In my area they just started getting their feet wet. The executives dont care unless something catastrophic happens that too more than once in a while
The Infosys people seem ok (some good ones and a lot of average ones like any other place). However the whole system is very disorganized.
The rebadged people who declined are getting restless as they are not given a date but most are supposed to go by June
Why would Verizon care about IT quality? Boeing just k--led nearly 400 people, and still doesn't care about quality. Just look at the Verizon executive leadership team, the company certainly doesn't care about quality.
To be perfectly honest, they don’t care. All of the c-ap maintenance apps and non 5G is in that bucket. Hans and the executives don’t care. The only people that do are the level 5,6,7,8 still working within that sphere. If Hans could sell it off he would do it tomorrow.
Infosys is not doing anything yet in the areas where rebadges were declined (at least in my area), so how could you gauge the quality of their work? For the people who moved over, it's status quo except for some access issues. For the 600 or so people they had to back fill, I wish I were a fly on the wall to see what it looks like around here in July.
Again, the leadership doesn't care about quality or quantity. They care only about cost. So if this company does nothing but fight fires and never codes another enhancement or develops any new systems, no one above manager level would care.
