According to an internal memo regarding ibew21 layoffs....337 prem techs done in 3rd quarter. Also 42 core techs in i&r, Will be 101 c&e techs. Included in language will be sipp offers to all affected departments and force readjustments as needed......Air Pressure will be force adjusted to realign with core, and will perform work as needed by the company.

We didn’t say we wanted to save union member’s jobs. We said we wanted to protect union official’s jobs. That’s why the surplus was postponed until after the 2019 union elections.
