Stankey set the stage for the cascading failure when he made his first visit to TWM and told them in no uncertain terms that their (successful) ways were going to have to change. There is an arrogant and clueless new sheriff in town and he is going impose best practices inappropriate to creative work on them. A recording of his arrogant and inappropriate screed hit the NYT before he could get out of the building. It will take a little time for the disastrous and clueless management style to impact content value but make no mistake it is purely a matter of time. Stankey is screwing the pooch here.
I'm sure she was paid nicely to leave.
