Negotiating his golden parachute
It's called offshoring when the jobs are sent to another country for cheaper labor costs.
Outsourcing is when the your job is given to an outside company.
Sometimes both are true at the same time, but most of the India employees (EGS, etc) are employees of WFC like we are, so it's not outsourcing it's offshoring.
I work for a criminal organization. Wells Fargo.
The really stupid part is that banks and multinational corporations have rigged the game for years, they don't need to do illegal c-ap to steal from people, stealing is baked into the system.
Wells, especially Stumpf and everyone a level or three below him, just got too greedy.

He's also sending those "cut jobs" to India. Of course Sloan lied to Congress about offshoring. Like always, he will get away with it.
Tim really means "Helping our customers bleed financially."
WF intentionally committed fraud.
No one ever was or will be indicted. WHY?
Instead, the execs get even greater bonuses and overall compensation.
You wonder why people hate banks?
This is the reason.
Frankly, I'm sick of it.
He is a dishonest and cheating person along with all the other execs who were fired so I can imagine those fired can and will implicate him in any criminal investigation to get leniency for themselves.
You forgot to mention “Helping our customers succeed financially”. I swear if I have to listen to him spout that phrase once more I’m going to run out of the room screaming.
Particularly since that particular set of buzzwords is a holdover from the Stumpf era. We have all seen what WF means by helping (themselves to) customers (personal information).

And he's like a broken talking doll stuck on repeat with words such as "trust" and "optimusm".
Nothing is honest and fair anymore at Welks Fargo. Pathetically, Kool-Aid drinkers only hear the lovely, intentionally distracting music as the Titanic contnues taking on water and sinks.
