You fit in well, thats the management mentality that has driven the company to where it currently is. Mgt here with almost 20 years, I hope to make the next 75 days when I become MR75 retirement eligible, taking the lump and never looking back. A review of my last 20 years aw a whole not bad, a focus on the last 6-8 years rapid decline. Morale is at an all time low.

You play your numbers! While you take your career and the company down that rabbit hole, the rest of us know exactly what you are telling us. It’s time to take our integrity, our knowledge, and our astute business intuition elsewhere. From what I am reading in comments on the street, it’s time for the rest of us to make sound career and financial decisions. You chase your numbers and don’t manage the business, friend. Numbers in statistics are designed to help identify areas of concern. What happened to the old school management by accountability? Management by taking ownership?
