For the last 6 or 7 years, I have been able to call once a year and get Directv to lower my bill by 50 bucks for the subsequent 12 months. However, this year with AT&T, even after going to a supervisor, the best they would do is $20. When I got off the phone (an hour later), I called Cox and got a package with more channels and a rate lower than if Directv would have given me the $50 like usual. I would have never searched Cox but now I'm glad they only gave $20 off cause now I'm saving $90 a month.
soon the dtvn package will be only warnermedia channels for $100 per month
stankey is doing a good job of lowering morale and driving away talent at the division
We have a monopoly on streaming tv with our strong brand and loyalty among millennials. They love our fake 5g and extreme left wing CNN.

Lol anothet thread of hundred of complaints
I love it, how to run a company into the ground, textbook case
Cord cutters only need news and sports from a tv service. Dtv now could easily provide only those two and would actually be a reasonably valid choice. From what I have seen the dtv now options actually remove both except for the highest tier making the whole thing worthless.
Offer a free Apple TV, with no contract purchase - that should drive some interest
All carriers are raising pricing... What's your point? Yeah let's just give away service for free so no one has a job and we can't sustain service. Yippee!!!
Upper Management is truly out of touch. Subscribers will leave in droves
Enough of the Randy/Stankey stuff.
Direct TV Now is going to have a very rough future looks like to me. It has the potential to collect more then a couple of heads along the way. And the employees.......you don't even want to think about it.
Bloody...most likely. The timing of the deal seems off by about 10 to 12 years at least and just ill-conceived to me. Not sure what they were hoping to achieve by buying DTV at the time they finally did it.
I have bad feelings about this situation; so, I will stop here. I have nothing good to say about it. About the only thing I can think of is just Pray that it is not as bad as it looks.
Randy only cares about ruining the company with his g@y lover Stankey.
If you believe that Randy cares a c-ap about customers that want a 10 dollar a month package you are sorely mistaken.31
We will try to make them take a one year commitment with early term fees next
Not to mention dropping a ton of popular channels.

Randy thinks customers will stick around when you raise rates by 25-50% LOL
