Agree. It will take another 6 months, at least, for them to try and fix all the automation processes that were sold to the big shots to justify some of the cuts.
Again is the definitive word. Techs will be forced to work long hours, lot of them will go through the trial by fire of OJt training. At some point the continued erosion of the Legacy customer base (yoy it has been averaging a million) and automation will right size the work force and the process will be repeated. Fiber deployment, self service options, putting more wireless spectrum into place, etc. etc. Wash, rinse repeat.
