Hate to say it, but it makes sense. Really stupid to have so many titles. Used to work for a company that worked from CO to prem.

If they sued, they would be laughed out of court, because CWA first has to follow procedures in the contract. Any layoff can be challenged by grievance and arbitration, if the layoff doesn't follow the terms of the contract.
And if the layoff follows the terms, then what can they sue on?
