Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Thanks to many in Congress for nailing it!

WF has not substantively changed. WF has no humanity (other than false humanity for PR's sake). They have no real concern for the gravity of harm to customers and the industry beyond share price and bloated compensation. And no one has gone to jail for these injustices.

The culture is toxic. Sr. mgt is still shamefully clueless and heartless.

STONE COLD.

Employees want to believe things can and will change, but it hasn't. Leadership is openly angry that dejected employees with basic expectations of mgt won't just shut up and go away. Unless you display a positive attitude about WF at all times, they want you gone.

Congress nailed it regarding disgusting arbitration provision so that harmed customers can't go to court, lack of culture change from EMPLOYEES' perspective, lack of humanity (right down to the continual use of the word "issues" instead of FRAUD). Congress knows that a 30-yr. WF veteran as CEO is a blatant fox in the hen house... an act of putting lame lipstick on a pig.

Congress knows the bank should be broken up. Yet no one wants to tackle it.

Please help the employees. SO much talent. But awful leadership.

His greatest accomplishment as CEO was holding in his need to go to the restroom for several hours. He deserves credit for that. NOT.

Couldn't disagree more.WF has done much to right the ship and it can be done. If you hate it so much and don't want to be part of the change(it takes all of us) then get off your complaining behind and get another job. If you are soooo valuable that should not be a problem. There have been tremendous changes and just because you are unaware or ignorant of the changes doesn't mean they haven't happened. The dog and pony show you witnessed does nothing to "fix" or change anything;, it is grandstanding, something congress is great at doing while they pretend to be on your side.

AMEN to poster for saying what I'm feeling.

I wish sr. leadership would read these threads. Oh, wait -- even if they did, they wouldn't care.

They are riding their $$money$$ train until the wheels fall off!

Dont feel sorry for the execs but the frontline staff who suffered the most. It is too big to manage and WF must be shut down.

Yeah, but laws regarding mandatory arbitration will take years or not be implemented at all for consumer abuses. It was a farce.
