There will be announcements of a few level 2 and 3 surpluses in mobility. Most of those affected already know and have new positions waiting for them in MSE.

It won’t even be a “surplus.” It will be one of those friendly emails about a reorganization change.
Of course they do. Directors and area managers they care about but the people who actually work and make the company money they shove them out the door.
