So many at my yard and my fellow brothers at other yards mention that 3/15/19 will be the day for a surplus for P/W techs to be announced. Anyone know the validity of this. We have one L1 at our yard saying yes and the other saying it's just rumors.

Is the dtv side really that slow? DTV was such a terrible acquisition it seems.
3/15 is prem tech elimination day, but most will me dtv techs that were put into prem tech contract.
Mentioned to my L1 that if 500 Prems go, that means 25 fewer Supes are need. and that means 2 less Area Managers.
His face blanched. Think I gave him a mini stroke.
