Thread regarding AT&T layoffs

Does HBO have the strength to be the winner for AT&T?

Interesting article that points out HBO’s role in the AT&T’s media business and approaches the question whether HBO can be a force that will power that business , or will it just fail to be a revenue maker it was intended to be.

The real question is will HBO survive the randy and stankey. I have a feeling HBO is finished as we know it.

HBO HBO HBO HBO HBO HBO HBO HBO HBO

Every other sentence about AT&T’s future mentions HBO.

They should just rename the whole damn organization HBO and be done with it already!!

Dish and HBO were in dispute for several months, but I noticed this weekend that the Dish guide now says it's available on HBO Now. Would AT&T have received some $$ from me if it was available again through Dish, yes. Will AT&T get any $$ from me by forcing me to go through them, NO.

HBO will remain a large part of WM and it should be successful, unless someone screws the pooch. They will need a new killer show once GOT is done.
