Except Shankar , none of managemt team don’t have presentation or communication or spontaneous skill set. These skills are must for a leader.

vzm... I saw that VAST ranking of gold, silver etc. What a load of sh-- that is. My apps are ranked as Infosys gold and they aren’t even supporting them. We are in the days of smoke a mirrors. Unless they decide some of the work they planned cant be outsourced forever they will just keep paying Infosys for no work until all access is sorted out. Funny some of the apps in VAST are showing as "Infosys Gold" in Vendor Support. They are currently doing squat
lot of issues around type of work that could be given to infy. They couldn’t move enough people either.
Deal has certain commitments interms of billing. Either VZ pays for people just sitting with thumbs up their a-- or use them to get some work done.
