Article is as comprehensive as I've seen saying "...consolidate some aspects of AT&T operations in 10 major operational hubs in New York, California, Texas, New Jersey, Washington State, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Missouri, and Washington, DC." That's a lot of areas.

What is possible is that once the consolidation is done, relocating to the other more distant offices is next. And the discarding of WFH from home means you no longer have a reason not to travel or move. There are directors that were forced to move to Dallas or take a downgrade.
