Yup. RS is in the batter's box and we are waiting for strike 3. Pass the popcorn. This is going to be very entertaining. When he finishes applying his "one size fits all" financial magic to the creative guys at the company he just purchased we can expect the same value slide as shown by DTV. Industry leading cost structure here we come! :-)

Knowing their cheap a%% it will just be the normal severance package with maybe some little bump. I have doubts about any pensions they have.

why not post the offer? it could be just as "terrible" as ATT's offer in the past.

Won't be long now until they start outsourcing production to Bollywood.

AT&T just can't help itself. They compete through buying out other companies, not through excellence and innovation in their own businesses. And then proceed to destroy the company they just bought.

Randall and The John buy a successful business and almost immediately start applying telco performance metrics, laying off valuable talent, and p*ssing off customers by raising prices and cutting customer service. All the while driving up company debt paying too much for companies that are then worth much less after AT&T is done destroying them.

Can we please get competent leadership at this company before it destroys itself completely?
