Any idea how to interpret this thing? I assume the "selected" are those who are surplussed. In which case, my org got chopped by 23%.

I still have not received the ADEA list, MESA still responds with it will be emailed when available. Called ERM, got a message currently having a high amount of calls...emailed the ERM my question. It’s been a week, still no ADEA list & no response from ERM.
Do a search of the news article where a court in Pittsburgh threw out the AT&T mandatory letter you have to sign to get severance. A director who was let go sued and the courts agreed that the letter is vague, a non-attorney would not know what they are signing.
I got it off the critical documents page on Mesa just like any other doc on that page. It was ready for my group, maybe not yours?
I still get the message that I will be notified when the ADEA report is available when I go to MESA checklist. Doubt I will ever see it before I am off payroll on 2/18.
