Sams has become a pure hole of greed all thats discussed now is ways of running clubs with less associates even club managers are stressed with constant changes and team leads are over worked and fearful of there jobs being eliminated...every position thats eliminated the job duties still remain and is expected to be done by team leads but not a mention of more pay for more work every meeting with leads and management nothing but threats and doom and gloom tactics qnd making you feel like all you do isnt even worth your trouble, im constantly looking for another job and not just complaining sams has seen its best days and the sad uncertain mood around the building is to much for me i live only once and im not gone let them greedy scum destroy my life with there underpaying over working fear tactic policy

The company has really pushed HR out of their formula. There is, what, an HR representative now for 3 or 4 markets at a time? And then just one for each region? It's almost like they're daring associates to unionize to have an excuse to shut down clubs.
This is true the Axe has dropped on 2/5/2019 @ 3:00 p.m.. PTC's were informed positions have been eliminated, they have till March 29 to secure a position or leave the company. Sad day at Sam's club. Most PTC's are the heart of the club's.
