Just like previous years, anything less than 100% will be met with less than 100% work effort. I encourage all management to do the same. You get what you pay for.

Wireless and Wireline all get the same STI ... 83% is my guess.

2zez, if you’re looking to thrive within the delusional world, and wish to spread your misinformed views unchallenged by rational, thinking people, have I got the site for you:

“Unfortunately only wireless did reasonably well, while the rest was a disaster” - @2zez

@2zez, for the sake of full disclosure, please do tell the rest of the story. In what states did wireless do well? Let me guess. Was it, coincidentally, where the landline landscape that supports the wireless interconnectivity remains in-house perhaps?

Folks - STI is not random, it is very much based on 2018 objectives been met. Unfortunately only wireless did reasonably well, while the rest was a disaster. 2018 was not a particularly good year, we won't see 80%. It is most likely somewhere between 72% and 78%. The company can afford to give out more but they won't the same way they could have raised the dividend more as they would much rather please shareholders than employees and still did not. Let's get real.

It's late this year because the board meets on the 1st Thursday of Feb and that happens to be 2/7 this year. Email will come out either Friday or Monday.

They announced it 2/2 last year...they are way behind schedule.

Probably looking for a legal way to screw us.

Historically the CEO would send out an email the Monday after the board meets. This would be 2/11 this year. However, this only applies to you if you did not take the VSP. Otherwise your award is 100% regardless of the score.
