Just curious, what’s the percentage of your yearly increase? It’s been 1-2% for many too long which isn’t even keeping up with COLA.

1-2% is standard in the mortgage industry right now. I have colleagues who are with other banks and they see seeing the same thing
1.5-2.0%
They want to ensure more leave, given the 1% or less raises. After bonus payout (if any), watch the exodus. It's truly disgusting how execs get exorbitant bonuses, etc., but lower level team members can't even get cost of living raises.
Total disrespect for employees. Can't even treat them with respect, honesty, and dignity.
They might steal your bonus so no pay increase
-100% for 26,500.
I’m sure it will be 1-2% while the executive team will continue to add double digit bumps to their pay
Average across the board for Wholesale is 1%
