Guess again Gilligan. Once I saw how much they spied on my work via GPS/pc, I have cell phone/internet from another provider. I have not trusted management /big brother for a long time. I will be glad when I have my severance, 401k and retirement out of here too.

Also Keep In Mind That If AT&T Provides The Internet Or Cell Service Your Using To Post Here They Can View Your HTTP Requests And Timestamps To Personally Identify You!

Any fools that think their comments are anonymous forgets that AT&T logs their keystrokes.

So glad I've been gone from that cesspool since 2016.

Would be fun to get one final poke in before my last day.

If you read the small print before taking the ENPS, you'll see the agency that administers it sends the file of our answers along with our ID to the company for "research" purposes. Don't think for a minute this whole thing is anonymous. Someone will want to conduct "research" and open up the comprehensive file with everything.

The next enps is a combination survey with an employee engagement this April. Managers with less than 5 employees, do not get the verbatims. No one gets names - it actually is truly anonymous. Many things to criticize the company about, but I guarantee it’s anonymity. Now whether anyone cares or listens to the results...that depends upon the supervisor. I’ve seen it all.

To the poster who commented that it is not anonymous- we have a winner! Finally some critical thinking skills!

Do the rest of you people honestly believe that this company that places such a emphasis on BIG DATA is not going to tag your comments and record that data? After all, it is LINKED TO YOUR ATTUID.

It would not at all surprise me if this data is aggregated somewhere and being used against the employees. Just like how badge swipes, mouse movements and VPN access is.

Wake up! Big Brother Randy is watching YOU!

Our group was able to get ride of our immediate supervisor one year because of our comments on them.

I was a detractor on every one of those I did. And I was not afraid to voice my honest opinion. It was obvious from the read outs with our Director, he didn’t like the bashing.

This was as big of a joke as the training many people cheat on just to get it done. I sometimes wonder if leadership really believe the rah rah or do they just play along for the coin.

With all the paranoia around here, who's putting their honest opinion on an eNPS score? Even if you are anonymous, they are going to know your team, group, division are giving bad scores. I would just put all top ratings, why do I care, they are just going to do what they want anyway!

@-fsz You could not be more correct, these are over. And when you look at the $$$ probably spent over the last decade on them (with the money spent on the 3rd party firms), the whole farce, the phony reviews of the results, all complete nonsense. Might have saved a few jobs.

If your name is Randall Stephenson it is an excellent place to work. If not, well . . . maybe not so much. Even the next level down probably has to worry about staying in his good graces. I suppose it's hard to appreciate this aspect of the job unless you are one of Kim Jong-Un's generals. :-)

There are no names attached to any comment. AM would see comments from Susie Smiths group and that is all.

They go down to first levels so each can see individual comments from their group. As such the AM can see each individual group.

I found it amusing how they said they were anonymous, but then our area managers managed to talk about the individual group eNPS scores. How can anonymity be had if it is catered down to the individual small group of 10-20 people? BTW, I have not seen one of these in over a year and that last one already should great discontent with the company.

I hope they do a eNPS score. It would be great to see a bunch of 0's for a rating. :) They would still claim that ATT was voted one of the best places to work.
