If I leave on 2/18 will I still receive March bonus payout?

Your vacations days are prorated. In my case I show 33 days on the books, but because it's prorated I've only accrued 6 days and thats all I'll get paid for.

Yes , your March bonus is for last year. Next March you would also receive a pro-rated bonus from Jan 1st until you are off payroll this year.
Entitled bonus will be paid out as scheduled first pay period of March, regardless of employment status.
