Failed to complete T-Mobile purchase which required a 4 billion dollar payout to T-Mobile, that allowed them to grow and bolster thier network, and catch back up to everyone.
Generally speaking it is a systemic flaw to have an accountant or finance person in charge of what was essentially an engineering company.
I feel we should be focusing on Layoffs and how to help each other get through layoffs and avoid mistakes. Dwelling on RS is not productive . IMO
