What departments and job titles?

The ones located in America, duh. If you work in an overseas call center for $.62 an hour, you should be fine.
I don't know the exact numbers (no one will except the bean counters and senior levels of mgmt) but, at least in the management ranks, the percentage is somewhere around 8% in Technology Operations. Any manager not in a collaboration zone (Telecommuter) is toast.
